Essential Skills



A proven leader with aftersales or service management experience in the automotive industry--ideally within premium or luxury brands. Strong leadership and people skills--you know how to bring the best out of a team. A relentless commitment to customer service excellence and continuous improvement. Commercial acumen--you can manage budgets, spot opportunities, and drive profitability. Highly organised, detail-driven, and motivated to deliver results. A full UK driving licence is essential.
