About the Role
We're looking for a
Service Manager
to lead the way in how we deliver our PE lessons, clubs, camps, and alternative provision. You'll support and develop staff, quality-check delivery, build strong school relationships, and help grow and improve our services across the region.
What you'll bring:
Strong leadership, organisation, and people skills
Experience in primary schools or sports education
A proactive mindset and a passion for raising standards
Alignment with our values and commitment to child development
Essential:
Full driving licence
Minimum 3 years sports coaching experience in relevant settings
Level 4 or higher qualification in Sports Coaching or a related field
Desirable:
Full and clean driving licence
4+ years sports coaching experience in relevant settings
