We are looking for a Service Operations Account Manager to join our team.

Role summary





As the voice of Kaplan, you will be part of a team who build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering support and guidance throughout their students' journeys.



As the Service Operations Account Manager, you will:

Provide a structured approach to supporting new and existing clients Demonstrate high levels of support relating to the retention of clients Drive service and delivery improvements to ensure Kaplan achieves its KPIs Identify where there is a need to review systems and processes and make suggestions to support improvement in these areas Capture service delivery issues and work with the Service Operations Manager, Client and the operational functions to resolve


This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may be currently working as a Service Operations Advisor, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.
