About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced person to provide guidance and management to our newly envisaged Public Website Development team. We have been given the green light to significantly expand from our current solo web developer to a team of five that this role will recruit to and manage. In this role, you will own the Public Website Development process and methodology, create and deliver on the public website roadmap, and ensure alignment with our digital strategy. You will also foster strong working relationships with the Marcomms Product Owner and wider Marcomms team.

About You

As the Technical and Service Level Authority, you will oversee the quality of work and service delivered by the team. You will have experience of hands-on, full-stack, coding and can be expected to actively contribute to the code base. This is very much a role that is envisaged to be part managerial but also technical with high levels of knowledge and skills in both the front and back-end technology stacks.
