Service / Parts Advisor
We are seeking a service advisor to help run our service and parts department and deliver excellent customer service.
Duties will include:
- Booking customers vehicles in for service & repair
-Preparing parts orders for customers and workshop
- Liaising with service technicians and parts department
- Providing accurate estimates for works
- Accurately invoicing completed works
- Responding to any queries or enquiries received
It would suit somebody currently working in a customer service or sales role with a genuine interest in assisting customers in a busy retail environment. An interest and knowledge of cars is an advantage but not essential.
No experience necessary but experience in a similar role is an advantage.
You must have:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A positive can-do attitude and a desire to be the best
- IT skills including Microsoft office, Excel (Kerridge an advantage)
Salary from 27000 per year dependant on experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 27,000.00 per year

Commission pay
