Monday to Friday, 8:15am - 4:45pm (40 hours per week, 30-minute lunch break)

We're looking for a

Service Parts Advisor

to join our friendly, hard-working team at Mitchell Powersystems in Sutton. This is an important role where you'll help support our service team by finding the right parts and making sure they're delivered quickly and accurately. You'll be dealing with suppliers, engineers and customers, so good communication and a helpful attitude are essential.

What you'll be doing

Handling service parts enquiries and helping identify the right parts Checking prices and availability, and sourcing alternatives when needed Adding parts to service jobs and quotes Making sure parts are picked and delivered to the right department on time Keeping systems and records accurate and up to date Helping out in the team during busy times or when others are off

What we're looking for

Experience in a parts or service role, ideally within automotive, truck, agricultural or construction equipment Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel Someone who's organised, calm under pressure and happy to get stuck in A good team player who can also work on their own Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude to solving problems
