We are seeking a dedicated and organised Service and Parts Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing parts inventory, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth operations within our service department. Responsibilities

Assist our with sourcing the correct parts for their vehicles, providing exceptional phone and face-to-face service to the customer. Maintain accurate records of parts inventory using Microsoft Excel and other organisational tools. Manage incoming calls efficiently, demonstrating professional phone etiquette at all times. Process orders, returns, and exchanges promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure parts availability aligns with scheduled services. Keep the parts department organised, clean, and well-stocked to optimise workflow. Provide support with general maintenance tasks within the department as required. Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams to track orders and resolve discrepancies.

Requirements

Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional phone manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer literacy is essential. Previous experience in a parts or automotive environment is advantageous but not mandatory. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist our diverse customer base. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance processes is beneficial but not essential.
