We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our service department. This position requires strong organisational skills and the ability to manage logistics effectively. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating service requests, managing schedules, and liaising with both customers and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Duties
You will ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day business, taking into account quality and performance specifications.
Compilation/sending of order confirmations in an Oracle system.
Picking the correct parts and quantities for orders
Packing of orders
Logistics supplier shipping orders and preparing commercial invoices
Receiving partial shipments and stocking the warehouse
Organising stock and warehouse space
Tasks
