We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service & Projects Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our servicing & projects department by ensuring smooth operations and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams within the business.
Responsibilities
Assist the servicing & projects team in managing customer accounts and processing orders efficiently.
Coordinate communication between the service engineering team and clients to ensure timely responses and resolution of inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of service, update, compile & issue service reports, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks in the CRM system.
Prepare project documentation (i.e. Induction and RAM packs) and logistics to support engineering team.
Organise and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the field service & project team.
Conduct market research to identify potential leads and assist in lead generation efforts.
Skills
Strong professional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with File-maker CRM software.( training provided)
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is advantageous but not essential.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are highly valued.
