We're looking for a detail-driven Projects Coordinator to support demolition project delivery. This role is ideal for a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll manage documentation, compliance, and scheduling while liaising across departments and with external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage service disconnections, permits, and local authority permissions
Support pre- and post-demolition planning and logistics
Coordinate site mobilisation and waste disposal compliance
Maintain records and ensure project documentation is in place
Track project milestones, budgets, and schedules
Liaise between internal teams, contractors, and clients
Prepare and issue key site documents
Visit sites and support project delivery as needed
What We're Looking For:
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Knowledge of demolition or construction processes
Experience handling regulatory documentation
Strong communication and IT proficiency
Previous coordination experience in a construction environment
NEBOSH or NVQ H&S training is a plus
