, you will identify, triage, and support the resolution of vehicle issues from initial concern through to successful repair.
This position is ideal for:
An experienced
Vehicle Technician or Mechanic
looking to step away from a workshop-based role into a customer-facing position, or
An individual transitioning from a
management role
who still wants to remain hands-on with technical problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop
Diagnose and triage vehicle issues using your technical expertise
Clearly explain technical information to customers in a professional and reassuring manner
Support the workshop team to ensure timely and accurate repairs
Monitor repair progress to ensure quality, efficiency, and transparency
Contribute to continuous improvement in service quality and customer experience
What We're Looking For
Strong mechanical and technical background within the motor trade
Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, or similar role
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining attention to detail
A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
Full UK driving licence (preferred)
