Service Reception Manager


Location: Marshall Volkswagen Milton Keynes


Hours: 45 hours per week, including Saturday mornings on a rota basis


Salary: 33,085 Basic Salary plus bonus


Benefits: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance, pension scheme, wellbeing support, employee discount for servicing and popular retailers, as well as a purchase discount scheme


Bonus & Commission: Includes an uncapped OTE and bonus scheme which can be discussed further at the interview

The role



Marshall Motor Group are currently recruiting for a Service Reception Manager to join our Volkswagen store in Milton Keynes. Working as part of a team and reporting to the Aftersales Manager, this role offers you the opportunity to use your leadership skills to drive performance on our service desk.

What will I do on a daily basis?



Provide day to day guidance and direction to a team of Service Advisors Ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction are delivered at all times Identify areas of improvement for the service reception department to improve performance and customer satisfaction Plan ahead and manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are achieved Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all customers, dealership colleagues, suppliers and external representatives

What experience do I need?



Ideally you would have some experience in a similar role within a vehicle dealership Ability to remain professional, calm and positive at all times Approach tasks eagerly and cooperate fully when requested Proactive mind set Positive, can-do attitude Outstanding organisation and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines
