Welcome customers and manage bookings with a friendly, professional approach Liaise between customers and the workshop to ensure clear communication Upsell service plans and additional products where appropriate Deliver a seamless and positive customer experience at every touchpoint
What You Need:
A great attitude and willingness to learn Strong communication and organisational skills A professional and friendly manner under pressure Basic IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly A passion for customer service -- automotive experience is a bonus, not a must
