You will be responsible for booking in vehicles ,clerical duties, and maintaining effective communication through phone etiquette.
Duties
Manage and organise service requests and schedules efficiently.

Maintain office records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
Provide clerical support including typing correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
Answer incoming calls professionally, addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Assist in the preparation of service reports and other administrative documentation.
Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and improve service delivery.
Requirements
experience in garage workshop systems.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail in data entry.
Demonstrated phone etiquette with strong communication abilities.
Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Competence in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and telephones.
