The Role


We are seeking a highly organised and proactive

Service & Warranty Coordinator

to manage our service and warranty department and support our showroom team during peak periods. This is a varied and rewarding role requiring strong communication, multitasking and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities



Deliver excellent customer service and effectively communicate our services. Handle all incoming service and warranty calls from customers. Administer warranty and insurance claims with suppliers. Order parts and coordinate returns, maintaining purchase order records. Book vehicles for bodyshop, valet, and MOT, and prepare vehicle spec sheets for sales. Coordinate engineer diaries, scheduling workshop and field-based jobs. Track and manage workshop progress, providing regular updates to customers. Keep CRM systems and service/repair sheets accurate and up to date. Maintain all administrative paperwork in a timely and organised manner.

Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication A proactive and customer-focused approach Good commercial awareness and willingness to grow with the business Prior experience in service coordination, parts ordering, or mobility equipment is desirable but not essential
