The Role:

We are seeking a Service Sales Engineer to take ownership of all service sales activity across the United Kingdom and Ireland. This is a key role within the business, responsible for driving service revenue growth, improving customer retention, and supporting long-term client relationships.

Based from our Runcorn HQ, this role would suit a driven and motivated individual who wants to be a key contributor to the success of the company, help customers improve environmental performance, and grow alongside a business that values initiative, accountability, and trust.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all service sales activities across the UK & Ireland

Develop and grow service contracts, preventative maintenance programmes, upgrades, and retrofit opportunities.

Drive sales development and customer retention across the existing customer base.

Identify and convert new service opportunities through proactive customer engagement.

Work collaboratively with Service, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver tailored service solutions.

Develop and implement service sales and business development plans.

Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.

Act as a professional ambassador for the business.

About You:

Driven, self-motivated, and commercially focused.

Experience in service sales, aftermarket sales, or technical engineering sales.

Comfortable managing a national territory.

Able to communicate technical service solutions clearly and confidently.

Strong relationship-builder with a consultative sales approach.

Organised, proactive, and able to work independently.

Pay: 45,000.00-49,650.33 per year
