Full-time, Monday to Friday (2-week rotation)
Week 1: 08:00 - 16:00

About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Service Support Administrator to join our busy service department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting both colleagues and clients with daily operations and maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism, whilst ensuring the smooth delivery of our services. This role involves sensitive sites, so a DBS check will be carried out.
Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
Answering incoming phone calls and directing queries appropriately
Spot-checking completed worksheets for accuracy and completeness
Providing daily administrative and project support
Inputting data and updates into client portals
Generating client portal reports as required
Supporting the wider service department when needed
Taking clear, accurate notes during staff meetings
Skills & Attributes:
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with client portals or CRM systems not required, as you will be trained
Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
