We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Service Support Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the service manager overseeing operations and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Support the service manager to ensure high-quality service is delivered consistently.
Assist in managing daily operations, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations of support staff.
Handle customer inquiries or issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of team performance and client feedback for reporting purposes.
Experience
Excellent analytical skills to assess data trends and make informed decisions.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve organisational goals.
Familiarity with support software tools and customer relationship management systems would be an advantage.
