to join our Cleaning team within the NHS sector.

Role Overview:

As a

Service Support Manager

at Mitie, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing cleaning operations across 20 NHS sites. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will work closely with on-site teams, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure we meet and exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee cleaning operations across 20 NHS sites, ensuring quality standards are met. Lead, manage, and motivate a team of cleaning staff, ensuring optimum performance. Regularly assess site performance, conducting audits and addressing any issues promptly. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service. Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring operational costs remain within agreed parameters. Conduct regular site visits, providing on-site support and guidance to teams. Report on service performance, client satisfaction, and health & safety compliance. Ensure compliance with Mitie's cleaning standards, health and safety regulations, and sustainability goals. Implement training programs to maintain high standards across all sites. Assist in recruitment, performance management, and development of team members.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in an operational role. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams across different locations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service. Good understanding of health and safety legislation. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask. Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve problems efficiently. Full UK driving licence (as a company car will be provided for site visits).
