About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on, motivated Service Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day servicing, maintenance of gaming machines, and back bar equipment across our clients network. You'll manage a team of field service engineers, ensuring machines are operating efficiently, downtime is minimised, and customers receive first-class support. Working closely with the Service Manager to make sure all KPI's are met.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of service engineers/technicians in the field.
Plan and organised daily service calls.
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and on-the-job training.
Oversee the servicing, maintenance, and repair of gaming machines, jukeboxes, pool tables, and back bar equipment.
Monitor service quality and ensure all jobs are completed to company standards.
Ordering and maintaining boot stock and advance returns.
Handle escalated service issues and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Provide technical advice and support to customers and colleagues.
Maintain accurate service records, job sheets, and stock control documentation.
Monitor and maintain KPI targets set.
Report regularly to management on operational issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
