We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our dynamic team. Duties
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems.
Diagnose issues and troubleshoot problems effectively to ensure minimal downtime.
Install new equipment and ensure proper functionality upon completion.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries professionally.
Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and any follow-up actions required.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery processes.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance service quality.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar technical role.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A valid driver's licence is preferred for travel between job sites.
Relevant certifications or qualifications in engineering or a related field would be advantageous.
