As an Agricultural Service Technician, you'll work with cutting-edge machinery, ensuring our customers get the best possible performance from their equipment. You'll split your time between our workshops and working on-site with customers, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of machinery, from tractors to combines and precision ag technology.

What you'll be doing:

Diagnosing and repairing agricultural equipment Carrying out routine servicing and maintenance Keeping up to date with the latest technology through ongoing manufacturer training Ensuring all work meets high-quality standards both in the workshop and in the field Supporting and mentoring apprentices and trainees Preparing new and used equipment for customers

What we're looking for:

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems A passion for delivering excellent customer service The ability to work independently and as part of a team Self-motivation, great communication skills, and a proactive mindset Previous experience with a franchised dealer (preferred but not essential--full training provided!) Confidence in using diagnostic tools and following technical procedures Experience working on root crop machinery, drills, fertiliser spreaders & sprayers would be preferred but not essential. Flexibility to work extended hours during peak seasons A full UK driving licence
