We're looking for a Service Technician to join our growing team--someone who's practical, hands-on, and great with people. This role is on the road most of the time, installing and servicing ice baths and saunas at customers' homes or workplaces.

About the Role

As a Service Technician, you'll be responsible for:

Installing and assembling ice baths (quick, simple setups) Building and installing saunas (constructed on-site, typically a 1.5-hour install) Servicing, repairing, and maintaining our products Interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner Working both independently and in small teams, depending on the job Traveling across the UK to various locations daily Working in outdoor conditions, in all types of weather

What We're Looking For

Hands-on experience - Any background in woodworking, construction, or working with tools is ideal Confident communicator - This is a customer-facing role, so people skills are essential Problem-solver - Able to troubleshoot and fix issues efficiently Physically fit - Some lifting and manual work is required Independent & team player - Comfortable working alone or as part of a small team Full UK driving licence - Essential for the role
