We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a passion for providing exceptional service. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Duties

Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems as per established protocols. Diagnose faults and troubleshoot issues effectively to minimise downtime. Provide high-quality customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding repairs and maintenance. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each task. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery processes. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role is highly desirable. Strong technical skills with the ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A valid driver's licence is preferred. Relevant certifications or qualifications in engineering or technical fields would be an advantage.
