Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team as an Installer/Cover Driver working in and around London/M25. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing a variety of equipment and systems to ensure optimal operation and customer satisfaction. Duties

Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and systems. Diagnose faults accurately using specialised tools and techniques. Repair or replace faulty components efficiently to minimise downtime. Assist with installation of new equipment and system upgrades. Maintain detailed records of service activities, repairs, and parts used. Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding system operation and maintenance. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Respond promptly to service requests, prioritising urgent issues effectively.

Requirements

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately. Good organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record is preferred. Willingness to undertake ongoing training to stay updated with technological advancements. Need to be able to use a Drill have good DIY Skills Training will be provided.
