Summary

We are seeking a dedicated inhouse and field Service Technician to join our team at AquAid Tyne & Wear. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our water dispensing systems. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of our products.

Responsibilities

Install and maintain bottled and plumbed-in water coolers and hot water boilers. (subject to performance - Training provided) Adhoc Water Deliveries Conduct inhouse deep clean sanitisation on off hired equipment Diagnose and repair faults in water dispensing systems Provide excellent customer service during on-site visits. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during installations. Maintain accurate records of service visits and repairs. Warehouse Duties- Including forklift

Requirements

Previous experience in a technical or service role preferred. Eye for detail- deep clean services. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose equipment issues. Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Basic understanding of plumbing or electrical systems is advantageous.

Pay: 13.00-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
