Job Summary

We're seeking a

hands-on and structured Service Transition & Introduction Manager

to lead the seamless delivery of IT infrastructure services. You'll be the bridge between project delivery and operational readiness -- ensuring services are transitioned with precision, clarity, and confidence

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage end-to-end service transition processes for infrastructure projects Define and implement service introduction plans aligned with ITIL and service design principles Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness and service acceptance Lead stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear communication and documentation throughout Identify risks and mitigation strategies during transition phases Support Agile delivery teams and contribute to project planning when required
Required Skills & Experience

8-10 years' experience in

Service Transition

with a focus on

IT infrastructure

Deep understanding of

ITIL

Service Design

, and technologies like

Cloud

Virtualization

, and

Networks

Proven ability to manage stakeholders and produce high-quality documentation Bonus: Familiarity with

Agile methodologies

and

Project Management frameworks

Pay: 300.00-375.00 per day
