ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

Hybrid (1-2 days per month on client site)

70-85K + Benefits

My client, a leading digital consultancy, is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to join their growing team. This role is all about transforming employee and customer experiences with a strong focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD) while keeping travel light (just 1-2 days per month on client site).

What you'll do:

Design and implement enterprise-grade ServiceNow workflows across HRSD, Onboarding & Transitions, and Workplace Service Delivery.

Build seamless, user-friendly interfaces with Next Experience UI, UI Builder, and Service Portal.

Deliver integrations with external platforms (HR, CRM, eCommerce) using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.

Ensure data integrity and smooth migrations using ServiceNow tooling.

Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

What you'll bring:

Proven hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.

Strong knowledge of HRSD and employee lifecycle optimisation (experience across CSM, ITSM, ITOM or ITAM is also a plus).

Technical skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow tools such as Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.

Understanding of system architecture, integrations, and data strategy.

Eligible for SC Clearance (must have lived in the UK for the last 5 years).
