Essential Job Functions:

o Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets while accommodating varied sales cycle demands. o Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support in complex sales situations. o Maintain a well-managed sales pipeline and continuously educate customers about products, pricing, and market differentiators. o Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to foster long-term business relationships. o Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to identify new business prospects and strategies. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure departmental alignment and mutual support. o Innovate within the sales process by introducing process improvements and new technologies. o Handle complex sales negotiations and participate in deal closings.

Basic Qualifications:

o Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience o Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role o Proven track record in sales and sales enablement o Proficiencies in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and market analysis o A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications:

o Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus o Relevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP) a plus
