Starting salaries range from 26,000 to 30,160 depending on experience.

Current Opportunity: EXPERIENCED SALES PROFESSIONAL - Weston Store



Our Weston-super-Mare store is growing, and we're looking for a driven, passionate individual to join our sales team!

Do you love cycling and want to build a career in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? Are you keen to learn, grow, and achieve success?

Ideally, you'll bring previous cycling industry experience--but it's not essential. What matters most is your enthusiasm, attention to detail, strong communication, and a passion for helping customers find the perfect bike or accessory.

We've learned that people who aren't genuinely into cycling can find it tough to grasp the depth of product knowledge needed. We're looking for real enthusiasts who want to share that passion with every customer they meet.

Key Responsibilities



Welcoming and assisting customers in-store Responding to phone and email enquiries Building long-term relationships with customers Matching customers with the right products through excellent consultation Presenting and discussing product options confidently Negotiating and closing sales Delivering top-tier customer service across all touchpoints Generating positive reviews (e.g. Trustpilot, Facebook) Maintaining a clean, well-merchandised retail space Bike fitting and eventually offering detailed biomechanical consultations Ordering products and managing inventory Using EPOS and basic IT systems Processing online orders and payments Monitoring stock and handling till reconciliation Developing professionally and staying up to date with industry trends Representing The Bicycle Chain as a brand ambassador

Working Hours



9:00 to 17:30 Five days per week Saturdays required (our busiest, most rewarding day) with a weekday off in lieu
