Cooks Blinds & Shutters Ltd are a successful family-owned Company, we are looking for a new member to join our team as an experienced service administrator. This is an opportunity to work within a small and professional team working mainly within the industrial/commercial sector.
We are looking for somebody who has a friendly personality who has the enthusiasm and ability to learn new skills quickly and can demonstrate an ability to work within a team environment.
To perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Assisting in daily office needs and general administrative duties.
General Duties:
Answer customer enquiries via phone and email.
Forward plan work for engineers.
Raising works/tasks on our bespoke in-house system.
. Ordering parts and access equipment.
Scheduling/planning and liaising with the engineers and clients.
General office admin and support.
Costing additional works and reconciling completed jobs.
This role has the potential to evolve to sales.
Required Skills:
. Administrative experience preferred
. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail with the ability of multi-tasking
. Good all round IT skills and proficiency in MS Office Products - Word, Outlook & Excel . Excellent written and oral communication skills
. Polite and professional telephone manner
Job Status: Full Time, Permanent Secure Position
Hours: Monday to Friday 0800 to 1700
Entitlements: 21 days holiday plus bank holidays. Pension
Salary: Negotiable, Depending on Experience
