Requirement from applicants:

Sound exposure and wide experience working in the role of a Home Administrator within a care home setting or similar role within the care setting. Knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance standards (Desirable) Excellent verbal and written communication; crucial for liaising with residents, families, staff, and professionals. Strong ability to plan, schedule, prioritise and manage time effectively (e.g., coordinating rotas, managing schedules). Able to lead and work effectively within the care home team. Good standard of IT and admin skills (Microsoft Office, care management or scheduling software).
