Are you a Customer Service or Administration professional? If so, we are looking for individuals like you! An opportunity has arisen at our busy team at Yeomans Toyota Worthing for the position of Service/Warranty Administrator.



Do you love how it feels to work in a busy and varied role, working closely with colleagues to deliver a great customer experience? As a service administrator, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our service team, assisting with the processing of customers' vehicle orders and all associated administration. Ideally with previous experience of sales administration, you'll be keen to learn, highly organised, and passionate about customer service.

Highlights of what you will do in your Job



Be a central point of contact for your colleagues, communicating constantly and relaying information accurately and in a timely manner

Work closely with the service team to process customers' vehicle orders, and warranty claims

Provide administrative support to the service team, keeping them informed of customer order status and any issues that might arise

Liaise between in-house departments, including after sales, ensuring completion of invoicing and to ensure records are accurate and up to date

Provide appropriate data for centre financial reporting and customer relationship management

Work across teams, engaging with sales colleagues and other members of the dealership as appropriate, helping to provide a seamless service to customers

Essential job criteria



Location of Centre - Durrington, Worthing BN13 3NS.

A full UK driving licence

Eligibility to work in the UK

Flexible to work hours required to carry out the role effectively and travel (to the training sessions) circa 25hours per week 9am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday

This role requires you to be professional, have a smart personal appearance and have high standards of verbal and written communication



Experience and Qualifications



Good level of general education - at least GCSE Maths and English

Good IT and administrative skills

Previous administrative / Warranty work experience is advantageous, however no specific industry experience is required

The ideal candidate would preferably have experience in this role (or very similar) and therefore be very familiar with the high levels of attention to detail and accuracy required in this important role. We will however also consider candidates with a strong administrative background and knowledge of Kerridge or other DMS.
