We are seeking a dedicated and inspiring

Lecturer in Health and Social Care

to join our dynamic and supportive team. In this exciting role, you will play a key part in delivering our

T Level Health course

, alongside

Level 2 and Level 3 Health and Social Care programmes

.



You'll be fully supported by your

Programme Manager, Coordinator, and Director of Learning

, ensuring you have the guidance and resources to excel. Together, you'll shape the student experience by

teaching, leading, tracking, and monitoring learners

, while also building strong employer links and contributing to the continued growth of our health provision.

Key Responsibilities:




Develop learning programs for student groups

Serve as a course or subject leader

Maintain accurate records of student achievements, retention, and attendance

Support positive career pathways for all learners



The successful candidate must have:




A Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care, Science, or a related field

Experience with the relevant subject curriculum in further education

A background in working within the relevant subject area (Nursing would be desirable)

A background in teaching the Health and Social Care T Level



We may also be able to consider candidates with relevant training experience, to train up in internally and support with a teaching qualification.
