Wimbledon Park Clinic is looking to recruit qualified Sessional Integrative Therapists to join their highly competent and skilled outpatient therapy team, offering a minimum of five hours availability per week that can be spread out across the week and is dependent upon the needs of the service.

Located within very close proximity to Wimbledon Park Tube Station and other types of public transport, Wimbledon Park Clinic is a homely, warm, and inviting wellbeing clinic offering a range of 1:1 and group therapies. The team is made up of caring and compassionate therapy and admin staff that you will be part of demonstrating commitment to patient wellbeing. We take a holistic and personalised approach to patient care, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling life. The clinic has close connections with Priory Hospital in Roehampton, receiving referrals from there as well as local GPs and clients themselves.



Sessional roles of this kind are self-employed and as such are ideal as either a supported step into Private Practice for the first time, or as an option for those wishing to expand their existing private practice, benefitting from Priory's PMI registration and flow of clients.

The hourly rate is 55 for unaccredited and 65 for accredited therapists.

What you'll be doing





You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our patients wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients.



Wimbledon Park Clinic is an extension of the private treatment offered at Priory Hospital Roehampton.

Located in Wimbledon, South West London, Wimbledon Park Clinic provides expert outpatient treatment for a range of conditions, including:

Depression Anxiety Stress Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) Eating disorders



Outpatient therapy at Wimbledon Park Clinic, which can be accessed through Priory Hospital Roehampton, is delivered by our dedicated and experienced team of therapists. We are committed to providing high quality mental health treatment, helping you to overcome your challenges and get back on track.


What you'll bring to the role





Our work is rewarding but can be challenging, so resilience is key. No two days are the same! Your natural empathy will help you support others through both the highs and lows.



To work with Priory as a sessional therapist, we ask that you ideally have a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience, and can demonstrate a good level of clinical experience in your chosen field.

Experience working in the field of addictions is desirable.



You will be able to demonstrate you are able to offer strong clinical judgement, excellent communication skills and able to adhere to good organisation and clinical governance; which will include the use of digital platforms, concise clinical notes and attending risk management meetings as required.


Registration with a relevant professional body (e.g., HCPC, UKCP, BABCP, or BACP) is required, along with strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Accreditation with an approved professional body is required . We can consider 'working towards accreditation' in certain circumstances, and can discuss this on a case by case basis as long as you are able to confirm that you can submit accreditation within 12 months of being offered a role.
