About the job

We believe that every child deserves a safe and nurturing home. Our small Residential Child Care homes create caring and supportive family-style environments for young people who have had challenging life experiences.

By placing the needs and interests of our young people at the heart of everything we do, our therapeutic homes support our young people to heal and grow. We build positive, trusting relationships through daily activities such as playing games and cooking meals together whilst developing life skills and helping our young people to feel safe, supported and ready for the future. We celebrate their achievements and do fun activities, but we're also there during the difficult times to believe in them, even when they don't believe in themselves.
