About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and creative

Set Dresser

to join our production team at

Wynyard Hall Gardens

. This role requires someone with a strong eye for detail, who can interpret design briefs and follow diagrams to bring a set or display to life with accuracy and flair.

Key Responsibilities

Dress and arrange sets according to design plans and visual references Work from rough diagrams and verbal instructions to achieve the desired aesthetic Source, position, and style props and decor as required Maintain a tidy, organised work area at all times Work efficiently under tight time constraints and adapt quickly to last-minute changes Collaborate closely with designers, production staff, and venue management
Requirements

Proven experience as a

Set Dresser

,

Stylist

, or similar role in film, theatre, events, or exhibitions Excellent attention to detail and a creative eye for visual balance and composition Ability to take direction well and work independently when needed Comfortable working quickly under pressure and meeting deadlines Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
