Your Role as Setting Lead:



Strategic Leadership:

Team Development:

Mentor and support a team of dedicated educators, fostering a culture of collaboration, professional growth, and excellence in practice.

Curriculum Oversight:

Oversee the planning and implementation of a rich, engaging curriculum that meets the diverse needs of all children, promoting holistic development.

Quality Assurance:

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the setting's practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and striving for outstanding outcomes.

Family Engagement:

Build strong partnerships with families, encouraging active participation in their children's learning journey and maintaining open, effective communication.

What We're Looking For:



Experienced Educator:

A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education, with substantial experience in a leadership role within an early years setting.

Inspirational Leader:

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Curriculum Expertise:
