Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Site Engineer to join our assist with a project in Banbury running for approximately 3 weeks. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful execution of our rail projects while adhering to safety and quality standards. As a Site Engineer, you will play a vital role in enhancing infrastructure and maintaining our commitment to delivering excellence in the rail sector.

Responsibilities

Oversee site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with project managers and contractors to facilitate project execution. Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress. Prepare technical reports and documentation related to project developments. Assist in the coordination of labor resources for various projects. Ensure quality control measures are implemented on-site. Liaise with stakeholders to address any project-related issues. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in the construction or rail industry. Strong understanding of engineering principles and safety regulations. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency in project management software is preferred. Relevant qualifications in engineering or construction management are advantageous.
