Summary

We are seeking a Setting Out Engineer to join one of our projects in Based in Oxford/Heathrow, lasting approximately 4 weeks with an immediate start. This role is vital in ensuring the successful delivery of our rail projects by overseeing on-site activities, coordinating teams, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily site operations ensuring adherence to project plans and safety protocols. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of tasks. Monitor progress and report on project milestones. Ensure compliance with industry standards and health & safety regulations. Assist in resolving on-site issues promptly. Maintain accurate documentation of site activities. Support the implementation of engineering solutions aligned with project specifications. Promote a safe working environment for all team members.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Site Engineer. Strong electrical experience is highly desirable. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations. Relevant engineering qualification or equivalent. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
