Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Settlement staff member to join our team. Settlement is responsible to execute and monitor transactions in order to ensure transactions are processed properly. Team needs to compliance monitoring procedure for all the trade finance transactions and settlement should be processed properly to comply with regulatory requirements.
Duties:
The biggest roles and responsibilities of settlement staff is to operate for treasury deals by acting as the middle/back office functions.
Daily processing and settlement for Money Market, FX trades and Securities.
Perform investigation and resolves any discrepancies in the settlement amount as well as reconcile the cash breaks.
Handle queries from external and internal stakeholders on product and functions
Follow up ins resolution of trade discrepancies with clients, milled office and front office
Ensure accuracy and completeness of settlement details in payment system.
Control, monitor and resolve settlements/systems breaks status.
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance or other related area
Independent and motivated team player, ability to deal with wide scope of demands under pressure
Strong written and communication skills in English
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
