The Opportunity




As our Settlements Operations Lead, you'll play a key role in optimising our settlement processes and leading a team that helps us support the transition towards An Electric Britain. You'll use your industry knowledge to drive improvements and keep vital operations running smoothly.


You'll join us on a salary of circa (DOE) 56,400 per annum. This is an 18-month Fixed Term Contract with flexibility to balance remote working alongside travel to our #Exeter, #London, #Sunderland or #Hove offices when needed.

As our Settlements Operations Lead, you're someone who leads confidently, collaborates well, and brings experience in delivering operational and regulatory outcomes. To be shortlisted, you need to offer...

Strong leadership experience with a successful record delivering initiatives and small projects Clear communication skills, collaborating effectively at all levels Proven ability to solve complex problems in operational environments Experience making effective decisions in fast paced settings Expertise in the energy industry Knowledge of electricity and gas settlement systems (desirable)

What You'll Be Doing



Leading settlement reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy across all settlement operations Collaborating with partners and industry teams to investigate and resolve issues quickly Using data and reporting tools to deliver strong operational and regulatory outcomes Driving continuous improvement and shaping process efficiencies Coaching your team and supporting their development and growth
