Sample Machinist / Production Operative

to join its growing team based in

Gosport

.

In this role, you'll play a key part in the development and production of high-quality products that meet rigorous industry standards. Key Responsibilities

Support design and pattern teams in the development of new product prototypes Operate and adjust machinery in line with training and safety procedures Follow detailed instructions to complete production and installation tasks Maintain high-quality standards, flagging any variations or defects Assist in basic equipment maintenance and inspection duties

About You

Essential:

Minimum of 2 GCSEs or equivalent (including English and Maths) Confident using a sewing machine with relevant experience Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions

Desirable:

Previous experience operating industrial or complex machinery (training provided if needed)
