Job Description

Ensure that Sexual Safety Support functions are an integral part of the Trusts services. To maintain and keep current the skill sets required for the role Ensure that existing Trust policies and processes allow for sensitive and swift management of concerns regarding Sexual Safety, liaising with the relevant stakeholders to influence change in practices To contribute to the review of relevant policies and procedures Undertake audits on a quarterly basis to ensure that there is compliance with policy and procedures aligned to sexual safety in the workplace. Produce reports to evidence the result of audits Deliver often difficult, contentious and uncomfortable information to senior managers in relation to Sexual Safety and its continued development across UHNM Work in emotional and sensitive situations that require a high level of emotional effort, mental ability and concentration. The post holder will need to be calm, compassionate, diplomatic and tactful.

The post holder will be required to deal with highly sensitive confidential information Work alongside and provide support the corporate safeguarding team and HR people teams and People Organisational Development Team to implement new ways of working in relation to Sexual Safety across the Trust, collaborating with teams across the Care Groups
