We are seeking a forward-thinking, values-aligned

Shareholder/Investor

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic insight and support in scaling business operations across care, cleaning, and counselling divisions.

Contribute to high-level decision making, particularly in growth planning, compliance, and service innovation.

Bring sector-specific expertise to support operational excellence and service delivery

Champion our vision and values while representing the business with professionalism and integrity.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Demonstrated background in medical, healthcare, social care, or commercial cleaning.

Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in business growth, investment, or governance.

Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and service quality standards within the industry.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and ethical decision-making abilities.
