This is a full-time role, however flexibility in this will be considered

What you'll do
Working closely with the SHE Manager to drive SHE culture
Supporting the SHE Manager to ensure the successful implementation and monitoring of policies, procedures and processes
Creating an atmosphere in which communication through all levels of management and non-management is encouraged
Completing audits and inspections
Conducting investigations into accidents, incidents, injury complaints and compensation claims
Maintaining electronic records, compiling evidence and case files for accidents, incidents, injury complaints and compensation claims
Attending meetings to update performance with site teams
Offering our employees and customers a high level of service by providing guidance and support on SHE matters
Promoting continuous improvement in SHE through engagement and monitoring of standards
Ensuring the values remain firmly embedded in the daily activities of all personnel within SC sites and retail region
About you
You will fit right into this role if you:
Have an understanding of UK Health Safety and Environmental law and its implementation
Fire safety qualification or experience of Fire Risk Assessment
Are a strong team player, able to build good working relationships at all levels
Can demonstrate a proven ability to provide excellence in customer service
Have proven high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Have Strong skills in planning, prioritising, and organising
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Have strong administrative and organisational skills
Can multi-task and work with multiple priorities at pace, delivering results within tight timescales
Have advanced IT skills including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Team
Are self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and using own initiative
Enjoy being part of a hard-working team, sharing the same end goal, and celebrating results together
