Job Summary
We are a small family business based in Coningsby manufacturing timber sheds and garden buildings. We are a dynamic team who are proud of our high standards of quality and safety.
We are now looking to increase our team and require a skilled worker to join us.
The ideal candidate will possess an eye for detail and proficiency with both hand and power tools.
The role involves some heavy lifting and the ability to work efficiently in a team, both in the workshop and onsite.
Responsibilities
Assemble components according to specifications and drawings. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Maintain a clean and organised workspace within the workshop. Conduct quality checks on assembled items to ensure compliance with company standards. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working in the workshop environment.
Skills
Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks. Experience working in a workshop setting is preferred. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: From 12.21 per hour
