Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee and coordinate activities on our sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of workers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining effective communication between all parties involved in the project.

This will be on a subcontractor basis to run there own team on Shelving jobs within all the major supermarkets across the UK.

Working away approximately 70% of the time with the other 30% being classed as local work.

Full training will be given to the successful candidate

Responsibilities

Supervise operations on-site, ensuring that work is carried out according to plans and specifications. Manage a team of workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and productivity. Coordinate with project managers, site managers and store colleagues to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve any issues that may arise. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Maintain accurate records of work performed, and any incidents that occur on-site. Foster a positive working environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication among team members.

Qualifications

Strong skills in supervising and managing teams effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure. A valid driver's licence

Pay: 125.00-150.00 per day
