The Role
The SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting and maintaining effective safety, health, environment, and quality management systems within the organisation. This position is responsible for collating data and information to proactively report SHEQ performance to all internal and external stakeholders, plus promoting a positive safety culture.
Responsibilities
Act as first point of contact for all queries from both inside and outside of the Company in relation to permits, damages, and discoveries ensuring all are logged
Maintenance of the SHEQ Email inbox
Maintenance of Customer Communication Log
Manage the Non-Compliance Report (NCR) Log
Manage Site Specific Risk Assessments (SSRAs) are completed and returned to SHEQ department
Run and review the apprentice report to ensure all pathways and welfare checks have been completed
Diarising all Group SHEQ/Operational meeting forums and whereabouts
Collating weekly information, such as HR & Plant management meeting slides, liability registers, damages and discoveries
Minute-taking
Documenting SHEQ safety alerts
Managing document control across the Group
Logging site audits
Organising and distributing accolades including rewards

Technical Skills & Experience
1-2 years administration experience
