Job Description

We are looking for a

SHEQ Technician Apprentice

to be working in and around

Sidcup.



Main purpose of the job:

To ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the SHEQ Dept administrative activities and support the work of the SHEQ Dept


Main Responsibilities:




Ensure effective administrative systems and procedures are in place Assist in managing the company training database, booking any training that is needed for staff members Assist the SHEQ director in ensuring office-based safety Provide general administrative support to the SHEQ team Maintain accurate record systems, including filing and archiving Assist in the maintenance of the company's external H&S accreditations Liaise with Contract Teams to ensure all documentation is completed and information provided, in a timely manner

Entry requirements/Personal Skills:




Level 4/C in Maths and English GCSE Good IT skills, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Ability to work seamlessly as part of a team, but also able to work on your own initiative

Package:



Salary - 15,704 Hours - Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (1hr for lunch) Annual leave entitlement of 21 days, in addition to bank holidays.

Additional information:



Eligible to work in the UK Nine-month probationary period This is a 2-year fixed-term contract. There may be an opportunity for permanent employment upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, subject to performance and business needs.
